Mort
Death’s chihuahua, as we like to think of Mort, is a malevolent little side-kick, the heh-heh-heh in Mina’s daily life. We’re still trying to find the perfect picture of Mort but this is the one we’re using so far:
But I’m not sure we shouldn’t go for a picture that’s a little more subtle–frankly, this dog scares me. So then I found this:
Now that dog looks like it’s saying “heh heh heh.”
Mort is your basic hench-dog. Beyond “heh heh heh,” he exists to assure Mina of her superiority in all things, spy on the other dogs, and desert her in times of danger. A minion-dog for Mina.

I love the second pic, looks like he’s the only one in on a very private, and dastardly, joke. Heh heh heh
The first image looks more like a free-range demon dog, while I think the second’s sleeker grooming makes for more of a hench-dog demeanor.

The first one definitely looks like you just pissed Mina off, and now you have to deal with Mort’s rage. At least, until the violence occurs.
I like dog number one. I had no idea that chihuahuas could look so intimidating.

The first dog is scary. Is that actually a chihuahua? The second one looks like he’s looking for the opportunity to be mean and nasty. More like a minion. The first one looks like he’d be running the show.

Oh, yeah, that first dog would be running the show. Although, it would be kind of funny - Death being bossed around by her dog.
